转眼,一年又已是尾声,也总是试着回想着每一天的每一点。这一分分的时光,伴随着一点点真挚的付出,用汗水凝聚着这一年的光阴,体会的依然是一种成长的转变。
一月到十一月,每天的盘点,每天的进出货,每天的工作都细致到极处,力求达到一个完美。根据库区的实际情况,制定了自己的盘点计划,每天保证盘点400行以上,一星期内保证对库区所负责商品的全部盘点到位,将安全隐患降低到最小化,来保证库房商品的安全。库房工作,我认为最基础也是最重要的一项就是盘点。商品的安全,对商品型号的熟悉,对商品库存的了解以及商品码放的位置,都在盘点中得到实际收效。便于日常的商品发货核对,以及日常商品进货的合理码放。将盘点落实到实处,才是重中之重。
不管是平时的发货,还是厂家进货,退厂,滞销机的清理等等,都应根据流程去严格要求。我们需要在工作中找到一种合理的方法,我不是说我已经做到了什么程度,我只是在遵循这样的一种方式,努力地学习,努力地改进,努力地使自己的工作达到更高的要求。
20xx年,库房的工作,依然同于往年,尽心的完成上级领导交予的每一项任务,将每一项工作都尽可能的做到细致认真。不敢评说自己的完美,只希望能得到领导的认可。这一年,我们经历了五一、十一等大型促销活动,经历了人员短缺、工作量日益剧增、公司切换等等。我带领着我仅有的一名仓管员,每天坚守在自己的岗位上,发挥着那仅有的一点光和热,兢兢业业,勤勤恳恳。尽心的使自己更加完美,使工作更优秀。
五一促销前期,按时保证商品的正常入库,坚决落实收货标准,不良品绝对不允许进入库房,保证库房内商品的完好,从而更有效地控制残次品的生成。加班加点的不辞辛苦,来保证将每一件商品的顺利出库。
五一促销过后,是一种平淡,也是对日常工作的检验,我们一如往昔,在平淡中体现出一点真,用这一点真来体现出一种执着。这就是我负责的库房。
转眼间十一促销活动就开始了,这又是一次考验,而这样的考验在过去的一年中,这已经不是第一次了,我依然是那个我,还是那样的认真和负责,还是那样的严格要求。而十一的促销也算是历年来最累的,晚上九点下班,早上八点到岗,十一促销的十八天,折磨人,也锻炼人,所以这个十一,很累,但是我依然觉得,我又一次的证明了自己,我也许不是最强的,但是我还是那个很努力的我。
就是这样,十一促销过去了,迎来了十一月,十二月,还有未来的元旦。又还是一样的工作,就这样的,每一个循环之后的天黑,每一个循环之前的天明,在每一个天明与天黑之间,努力着,勤奋着。一年也就如此过来了。一年也就又到了此时,写总结的时候了,而我写了这么多,虽烦乱,但很真挚。
马上迎来的20xx年,我们要做的准备就是以同样的精神状态去迎接,还是那一如既往的态度,还是那样的自我完善,就这样的在属于自己的岗位上力求做出更多的价值。
所以根据以往的工作,制定以下几点计划:
