一、 政治理论学习方面
1、对学习的认识不充分。在上级组织学习时，总是混日子，不把心思真正用在学习上，总是想这是必要的形式，没有实在的内容，总是不把听课放在心上，学习都是被动式地接受，而不主动学习，在平时的生活中更没有自学的习惯，不重视理论知识的自学，甚至不愿意安排时间自学。
2、学习动力不足。在平时的学习中，缺乏学习兴趣，总认为在部队学习的这些理论知识对打仗没有多大的作用，只要自己学习好了专业知识就行了，没有必要学习这么多的政治理论知识。不能充分认识到政治教育在军队建设中的重要地位和作用。

二、政治意识方面
1、政治意识有所淡化，对国家的大事不关心，对国家的政策不了解，看报，看新闻的时间较少，不能及时了解国家的时事。自己总认为国家的大事与自己没有多大的关系，只要自己干好平时的工作就行了，没有意识到作为军人应该懂国事，知国事，熟悉国家的政策，关心国家的大政方针。
2、政治纪律意识不强，落实条令条例的意识不强，在落实规章制度上打折扣。条令条例的学习教育不经常，学习条令条例的自觉性和积极性不高，总认为自己当兵这么多年，对部队的管理规定和各项规章制度比较熟悉了，没有必要经常学习，只要自己不犯错误就行了，不能高标准地要求自己。
3、在执行上级命令指示上有一种得过且过的思想，落实上级指示不坚决、不彻底。有时我对上级的指示搞变通，不能完完全全地按照指示精神工作，把落实上级的指示精神做在表面，不注重检查，不注重工作效果，不讲求工作成绩。
三、日常工作方面
1、对工作没创造性的意见，没有把自己的精力全部用在工作。在工作中没有良好的精神状态，不思进取，感觉这样的工作没意思，工作只求没问题不求出成绩。
2、工作积极性不高，没有主动地工作，只是被动地接受任务，对工作中存在的问题不是主动解决，而是主动回避，对一些艰苦的工作总是想方设法地躲避。
3、在工作中没有高标准地完成任务，履行职责不严，工作不踏实。自己对工作不能尽心尽职，对工作不能兢兢业业，在工作中，总是不能严格要求自己，对工作的标准不高，不能按照职责完成任务，不能积极、主动地工作。
四、作风纪律方面
1、有时作风松散，对自己的要求时紧时松，不能坚持一贯性，认为只要工作做好就行。散慢的作风怎么能干好工作呢?作风不实，只会给工作带来不安全、不稳定，影响工作的顺利进行。在管理中原则性不强，对身边发生的违纪行为麻木不仁，自我要求不严格，造成管理失之于宽、失之于软的现象。

自己存在的一些问题：
1、理论学习上还不够勤奋和深刻，特别是系统的理论学习还不够注重。有时只顾忙于一些具体的工作，或有时间没自觉主动地学习。大多数是闲时学一阵子，忙时学的少，结果对理论上的一些问题，尤其是一些新问题理解还不深，使理论水平不能尽快得到提高。
2、是思想解放的力度还不够大。对工作、学习的创新精神认识还不够到位，工作、学习中循规蹈矩，按部就班，缺乏主动性和创造性，还不能用全新的思维和方式去做开创性的工作。
3、 工作作风不够扎实，存在急于求进的情绪。接到任务，有时首先想到的是怎样尽快完成，而不是怎样做到最好，导致工作缺乏耐心，产生急躁情绪，影响工作效果，没有时刻以高标准严格要求自己

产生问题的主要原因：
1、政治理论学习不够深入，政治理论修养不到家。对学习自觉性稍差、重视不够以及政治鉴别力缺乏的问题，究其思想根源：一是
没有把理论学习放在重要位置，学习存在片面性，这是政治理论不成熟的具体表现。二是理论与实践隔离，忽视了理论与实践的辨证唯物关系。
2、思想解放力度不大，没有一种甩开膀子干的狠劲和勤钻实学的创新精神。究其思想根源：一是在学校养成的填鸭式灌输教育的学习习惯，总觉得墨守陈规就不会出大问题，其实这往往是扼杀思想解放的凶手。二是理论深度不够，没有学习到老一辈革命家那中“摸着石头过河”的探索精神和理想底蕴。这是导致工作作风不够扎实和缺乏思想创新的根源。
