从20xx年底至20xx年10月，我开始接触我们广西广电网络南宁分公司的ip城域网，这张ip城域网在南宁各分前端均配备了业务接入的三层交换机，以光纤ge上联至葛村总前端的核心交换机，它承载着南宁分公司oa业务，以及各种机关单位、企事业单位的数据专线业务(专网业务)，是南宁分公司增值业务主要收入来源的基础网络。在这段时间里，我由于原先对ip网络不熟悉，没有这方面的网络维护工作经验，我便从ip数据网基础开始学习，慢慢地了解和掌握了ip数据网的基础知识，常用数通设备(包括二层交换机、三层交换机、路由器)的配置方法，以及我们这张ip数据网的组网方式、业务数据点接入方式和常见业务故障的排查方法。在此期间，我配合数据网主管研究并实现了从分前端业务接入交换机到核心交换机的冗余备份线路接入功能：通过利用南宁分公司不同的光缆路由资源和交换机的端口链路聚合技术，实现了1+1备份线路功能(当一条光纤链路通信中断时，可自行切换到备份光纤链路)，避免了上联光纤链路的单点故障，大大提高了分前端业务接入交换机上联链路的可靠性。此外，在我们有线电视网里特有的cmts设备(电缆调制解调器终端系统)，当时刚刚在我们城域网内使用，承载的业务还不多，我也是于当时开始学习cmts设备整个系统的工作原理及配置管理方法。
