3、对我部门的相关报表进行查询,督促保安员将"保安员值班日志" 、"人员(车辆)进出登记表" 、"安全检查记录"等表格填写完整,书写工整。同时做好科长每月查岗记录和消防巡查汇总的登记。

六、积极完成领导交代的其他任务,定时与经理进行沟通。完成各种临时文件的编辑打印,例如"加班申报" 、"晋升申报" 、"防火防盗提示"等。

光阴似箭日月如梭,转眼已近岁末,似乎去年圣诞的钟声还响在耳边,实感时间的飞逝,让我们的脚步也显得如此匆忙。可细细品味,却也发觉自己在不轻易间成熟了许多。回顾20xx年这一年来的工作,我的感受很多,收获也颇丰。在公司、大队以及小队领导的关心和领导下,在同事们的支持与帮助下,取得了一些成绩,现将这一年的工作总结如下:

首先,我作为一名保安员做到了以下几点:

1、严格执行公司守卫岗管理制度,认真地完成了各项保卫工作,以及其他的日常工作,按时交接班,不脱岗,不迟到、早退。

2、每天早晨7:20至7:50立岗,微笑着迎接领导的到来。

3、领导经过值班岗时,起立、微笑、行注目礼或问好。

4、对进入办公楼的外来办事人员礼貌热情的接待,同时做好询问、登记和电话预约工作,经允许方才指引来访客人上楼,以确保公司领导不受外来的干扰,公司的人员和财物不受损失。

5、看见领导手拿重物时,主动上前帮忙。

6、雨天为领导撑伞,送上车。

7、雪天,领导的车被积雪覆盖,用扫帚帮领导清扫车雪。

8、冬天,有领导进出时,主动上前为其开关门。

9、积极参加公司和大队组织的各项活动和比赛。

其次,我做为组长,主要辅助班长的工作,每个月定时收取伙食费,制做、复印值班工作中所需的各种表格和文件,以及其他上传下达工作。

以上是我在一年中力争做到、做好的方面。纵观一年的工作,客观的自我剖析,自已在下列几方面存在不足之处,肯请领导的指正与批评,以待在今后的工作中进一步加强和改正:

1、工作当中有松懈,应更加严于律己。
