模拟主持可以从三方面的角度来准备，即节目框架，文本信息处理，心态。
节目框架
首先，节目框架其实就是一个小策划，所以我们要先准备 好。包括节目的定位和话束的掌握。根据这些年的考试题目看，我们完全可以把节目局限为社会新闻类节目，偶尔会有儿童节目和体育节目，但其实影响不大，体育 类节目可以按照社会类节目来说，儿童的节目只能本性发挥但要记住必要的话束，抽到这样的题目只能认做倒霉了。
社会节目的结构很简单，即提出 问题，分析问题，解决问题。例如，一个社会现象出现了，我们首先要概述一下这个社会现象，说什么最近在哪哪发生了什么事情，分析问题就是为这个社会现象 “追本溯源”，这四个字很关键，要多问自己为什么会发生这样的现象，然后把你的分析说出来，这部分也是很关键的，至于有哪些分析方式，就看自己的需要，有 类比，说理，质疑等等，最后要解决问题，一般来说节目不是用来解决问题的，所以我们一般在节目的最后一部分只是作出对这个问题解决的期待，比如说，这个现 象今后的结局会怎么样呢，而我们对这样现象的前景又有什么期待呢，我们的有关当局会采取什么行动呢，让我们拭目以待，好，观众朋友们，今天的节目就到这 里，让我们下期再见。节目就结束了，主持人在模拟主持的时候尽量不要发表自己的见解，这是和即兴评述不一样的地方，要多分析少下结论，多质疑少做武断，把 握这两个原则，节目的基调就出来了。
文本信息处理
还有话束的处理，每个人都有自己的不同的习惯说话方式，这需要锻炼才可以形成，只要把握一个原则两个基 本点就可以，一个原则是坚持“总分总结构”，第一部分要破题，第二阶段要解题，第三阶段要疑问而做结论。两个基本，一个是坚持使用短句子，长句子容易使思 维混乱，最后找不到北。二是不拘泥结构，比如你开始想的很好，破题部分想的很长，但是中间忘了一部分，那么不要在想而停顿，马上进入下一个环节，就是解题 部分，如果到后来也忘了，那么也不要管，马上进入结论，这样的好处是使主持连贯清楚，体现你的自信。
其实，准备是文本信息处理，当你拿到一 个新闻的时候，要把握住几个原则，首先问自己，这个新闻说了什么事情，第二是这个新闻的导向是什么，第三是我用什么技巧阐述这个导向。这个思维过程加上读 新闻的过程不要超过1分半钟。然后开始确定话束，开头中间结尾的句试还有你要阐述观点和事件的关键词，现在逐条的解释。
第一条是看新闻说了 什么事情，看到一个新闻，首先抓三要素，时间地点人物，这是基本要素，关键要素是背景，故事走向，结局。这六个词其实就是你主持中需要想的东西，而不需要 想任何事情，主持的时候开头首先问自己时间地点人物，然后告诉观众在什么时间什么地点谁做了什么事情，然后问自己背景，告诉观众，这个事件是在什么样的情 况下发生的，然后接着问自己事件的走向是什么，就是事情发展到了什么程度，告诉观众，这个事件现在进展如何，然后问自己结局是什么然后告诉观众，如果没有 结局就告诉观众尚且在调查中。说白了即兴主持就是不断的有逻辑的问自己为什么，然后把思考的结果告诉观众。所以在破题的时候一定牢记这六个词，带着他们去 找信息，然后问自己，最后说出来。
第二条是新闻的导向是什么，就是这篇文章是批判的，还是赞扬的，是否定的，还是肯定的，准确的把握作者传达信息的宗旨，然后才能把握自己的情感。
最后，考虑用什么技巧阐述这个导向，这也就是第二部分解题的部分，技巧有很多，我的经验两分法或三分法，比如正反说，优裂说，积极和消极说，两个方面说， 三分法就是说这个现象在过去是怎么样，而现在是怎么样，这样下去未来会怎么样。总之把握过去现在未来还有首先然后最后就可以掌握三分法了。这是分析的方 法，其实就是简单的哲学逻辑，也有很多别的方法，但为了好操作，记住这些就可以作为万能钥匙了。
