我是一名华东政法大学研究生教育院民商法专业的应届毕业生，今年26岁，籍贯是湖南。我本科毕业于湖南省湘潭大学法学院，现在是华东政法大学研究生教育院民商法专业研三的学生。经过7年的法学学习，我具备了较强的专业基础知识和良好的法学素养，现已通过国家司法考试。在这7年中，我曾获得湘潭大学新生奖学金，乙等奖学金，两次丙等奖学金，三次三好学生荣誉称号;华东政法大学研究生综合奖学金，社会工作奖学金以及新生奖学金。在学习的同时，我还积极参与学校的社团活动。我曾担任过湘潭大学法学院学习部部长，湘潭大学法律援助部副部长，华东政法大学勤工助学部副部长。这些社团活动，培养了我的组织能力、协调能力和沟通能力。另外，我还利用暑假和业余时间，积极参与社会实践，曾在上海仲裁委担任过办案秘书，在华东政法大学继续教育学院担任过教师，在天闻律师事务所担任过律师助理，在上海市长宁区法院从事过社会实践活动。通过这些实践活动，加强了我用法律知识处理实际问题的能力。
