(一)少儿英语教师必须掌握的基本英语教学技能
1、组织课堂教学技能：备课技能，包括编写和设计板书。

2、心理品质：自信、活泼、开朗、公平、公正。创造活泼愉快的课堂教学氛围，要求教师的性格活泼、开朗，在活动中以公平、公正的态度对待学生，避免由此给学生在心里上造成的一些困扰甚至伤害。
