4、分析你要申请的部门和职位投行有很多部门，工作性质差异非常大，对每个人的要求也就不太一样。而且，在列举公司业绩的时候也要有的放矢。举个例子，qfii就不是ibd的业务，不良资产处置在goldman里也不是ibd的业务。在面试ibd的时候强调这些，并不一定能够有效的刺激面试官的神经。
5、熟悉求职简历上写的都是自己曾经做过的事情，没有理由不知道具体的内容。投行里的人喜欢看细节、刨根问底，希望你对简历上所有的细节都100%了解并可以很好的陈述，从而不至于面试官误认为你是在欺骗。
6、模拟面试如果有可能的话，请一个有银行面试经历的同学给你一个mock interview，会让你很快的进入状态的，模拟面试后，你自己也可以给自己打分，并进行改进。
