ladies and gentlemen: good morning! today, the title of my speech is a lesson from nature.
around us , there are plants, animals and many other things. we live in nature, so to keep the balance of nature is very important for us. but today, too many trees are still being cut down in many countries and flood all over the world are getting more and more serious, a lot of land has gone with them. this is a lesson from nature.
when people move into a new place, they often cut down trees or pull out many wild plants to make farmland. they don’t know that trees can stop flood and wind from washing or blowing the earth away, and that many of these wild plants are food for some wild animals. if the animals can’t find enough plants to eat, they will die or have to leave the place.
in one part of the united states, for example, the deer there like to eat a kind of wild flowers. the mountain tigers there eat the deer. but people killed many mountain tigers to protect the deer. soon there were so many deer that the ate up all the wild flowers. then the deer began to eat the green leaves of the young trees .so the farmers thought of ways to protect their trees, then the deer had nothing to eat and many of them died.
the number of trees, deer, tigers, wild flowers and plants has changed much—less and less. we need to do more to keep the balance of nature.

大家早上好！
今天，我演讲的题目是：增强法律意识，做一名遵纪守法的中学生。
俗话说：无规矩，不成方圆。无论做什么事都要有个规矩，否则就什么也做不成。对国家，社会来说，这个规矩就是法律。依法治国是我国治国的基本方略，作为一名中学生，我们应该知法、学法、懂法、守法。但根据国家有关数据表明：我国青少年犯罪率呈增长趋势，可见增强法律意识，提高法制观念，对我们来说有着极其重要的作用。
但也一定有人说：违法犯罪的事情离我太远了，纯粹杞人忧天，真的是这样吗？让我们看看发生在北京的一个真实的案例。一个17岁的少年竟将自己的奶奶致死，爷爷致成重伤。是什么让这位少年对疼爱自己的亲人痛下如此残忍的手段呢？沉迷于网络的他因为家里不再提供网费，于是想到了偷，不料将熟睡中的奶奶惊醒，惊慌之下他举起菜刀将奶奶砍死，响声惊动了爷爷，他又再一次将刀砍向了爷爷。这样，一个本该拥有美好前途的少年因为禁受不住网络的诱惑，只能在铁窗中忏悔，接受法律的制裁和道德的谴责。这样的结局如何不让人惋惜。类似一桩桩一件件的事都让人痛心不已。居于铁窗之中的这些花季少年们回忆起来，往往失声痛哭：“如果当初我听了父母老师的劝告，也不会到今天。”有很多时候，理智和道德的边缘是那么脆弱，一旦被冲动的魔鬼巨手一推，它就会轰然倒塌。越过了法律的边界，你也就掩埋了自己的前途。
那么，到底是什么将这些学生推向了罪恶的深渊呢？我认为青少年违法犯罪很大一部分原因是法律意识淡薄，受社会不良习气的影响，与社会不良青少年交往，带来不良的行为习惯。比如，在社会上，不讲社会公德、惹是生非、打架斗殴、偷窃敲诈，在学校里，不遵守中学生守则、违反校纪校规。这些青少年学生虽然也知道自己所作所为是违纪违法的，但他们根本没有真正地体会到事态的严重性。因此校园中违纪的现象屡见不鲜。有的同学认为违纪和违法是两码事，违反校规大不了扣几分罢了，扣几分无所谓，反正离违法还远。可是习惯成自然，小事变大事，违纪就会逐步变成违法，这绝不是危言耸听。须知千里之堤，匮于蚁穴。
作为普通中学生的我们，应该怎样做到遵纪守法，远离犯罪呢？我认为：
第一：从我做起，遵守校纪校规，因为遵守纪律是遵守法律的最基础的环节。
第二：加强自尊、自爱、自律、自强的意识。
第三：从身边的小事做起，勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。
第四：增强辨别是非和自我保护的能力，不该做的事情不去做，杜绝一切违法犯罪现象的发生。
我们青春的生命充满活力，我们精彩的未来遍布光明，为什么要让那些罪恶阻断我们追求梦想的道路，折断我们飞翔的翅膀？让我们举起法律的盾牌，去抵制一切不良现象，让我们一起学法、懂法，一起守法、护法，让丑恶远离，让文明长驻。用美好的心灵净化身边的丑恶，用灵巧的双手共同创建一个美丽文明的校园！

生活的路有两大内容组成：生命不同阶段的目标和走向这些目标的过程。目标固然十分重要，因为没有目标生命就没有了方向，但走向目标的过程更加必不可少，所有生命的精彩都是在过程之中走出来的。我们所能够真正体验到的永远是一时一刻的感动，一草一木的芳香，或对一人一事的刻骨铭心的记忆。目标就像是一座山的顶峰，即使我们天天看着这座山的顶峰，但是只要不采取行动去爬这座山，所有一切精彩的故事将不会发生，一路上所有的风景将跟我们无缘。当我们向顶峰迈开第一步时，我们就进入了生命的过程，我们生活的全部内容从此展开，而目标已经静悄悄地沉睡在了我们心灵的某个角落，只有当我们迷失方向时才清醒过来。
在中国，有一位叫曾国藩的著名人物，说过一句著名的话“但问耕耘，不问收获”。很多人都以为曾国藩不要收获。其实收获是秋天的必然目标，但秋天的收获只有依靠从春天开始的耕耘才能完成，耕耘的多少和收获的多少成正比。因此，当目标已定，埋头苦干积极耕耘便成了生命的全部内容，人们在耕耘的过程体会走向收获的快乐。在春风吹拂的田地里，老农们倾听禾苗成长的声音，其快乐远大于对于秋天收获的遐想。这事实上就是我们现在所说的：功到自然成。我觉得，这太符合我们这个比较浮躁的的年代，我们是该静静心，思考自己的学习和贡献。这是一个春光和煦的季节，是播种的时候。我们要想有收获，就得好好播种，才会有秋日的硕果累累，这道理并不深奥。

伴着清晨的第一缕阳光，我们迎来了新的一天，本周，我们就将迎来令人紧张的期末考试。期末考试不仅是对每个人综合素质的一次检验，更是对我们自信心、自觉性、意志力、诚信度的一次检验。或许我们不能人人都成为优胜者，但我们应该做一名追求进步，超越自我的勇敢者。对于这次期末考试，老师一定教给了你们许多复习迎考的好方法，今天，在这里我想给大家谈三点。
第一、以从容、自信的心态去对待考试。克服考前过分紧张的情绪，就一定能够正常发挥出自己应有的水平。考试前一天晚上，要准备好笔、尺等应考工具，早点休息。考试时尽力做到卷面书写整洁，仔细审题，认真答题。做完试题要进行全面检查，做到认真仔细，不要在考试时浪费时间。
