大家好!
今天是我课前三分钟演讲的时候了。在基督降生3xx年以前，有一个古希腊大政治家，雄辩家，是一个真正变态的家伙，不信，请允许我用他真实的经历给你们一一介绍!
德摩斯梯尼天生就是一个声音微弱、吐字不清而又气喘的人，(可以想象，他真是可怜!)尤其是“r ”这个字母，他怎么说也说不清楚，而且他的发音比刚学会说话的小孩还更糟糕!
据说，他为了克服这些唇齿上的缺陷，便把石头含在嘴里不断的练习发音，他站在海边练习，想把滔滔波浪喊得平静下来，你们说他变态吧?
当他站在台上面对听众演讲时，他经历了无数次的失败，尤其是在他第一次尝试演讲时，他的语句全混乱了，听众们都放声大笑。为了提高自己演讲能力，他特意挖了一个地洞，每天在里面练习他的声音，和演说的姿势，他还将自己的头发剃去了半边，以此来控制自己想上街的欲望。德摩斯梯尼的坚持终于取得了成果，他成为了自古以来古希腊最伟大的演说家之一。
这个故事告诉我们，一个人的缺陷有时就是上苍给他的成功信息的暗示，一个人的弱点可以成为他一生中最大的激励因素，也可成为你消沉胆怯的借口。当德摩斯梯尺在含小石子时，当他在海边、在洞坑里的时候，心里肯定依旧在想，我要变态!我要超越常人状态，在几十年后，他将会说：“如此的这种的变态，怎么可能不成功?! 爱迪生在发明灯泡的过程中，经历了1万多次的失败，;可口可乐公司开张第一年反销出了400瓶可口可乐;创立迪士尼乐园的沃乐特迪士尼在报社工作曾以“缺乏创意”被开除;超级球星乔丹曾被所在的中学篮球球队除名;瑞弗.约翰逊，十项全能的冠军，有一只脚先天畸形。
当他们完成了各项伟业的时候，他们一定会说：如此的这种变态，怎么可能不成功?!

大家好!我今天演讲的题目是《论实干》。
实干，顾名思义，就是实实在在的干，一步一个脚印脚踏实地的干。像老黄兔一样埋下头来做自己的事情，就是实干。
如果你想成功，那么你就得实干。实实在在做有用的事情。如果每天喊口号似的，我要做多少题目，要看多少页书，而不付出行动的，那么，我可以肯定的告诉你，成功一定不会青睐你。因为你是活在口号中，而不是活在实干中。大家应该都知道王进喜的事迹。在石油要从油井中喷出的紧要关头，如果他不用身体去和水泥，而是站在旁边干着急，结果有会是怎样?众所周知，魏书生先生是一个伟大的教育家。请大家假想一下，假如魏老师做的和说的不一样，结果有会是怎样?肯定的，如果他们不去实干，不付出行动，那么他们就不会成功。
范文写作实干，造就了一代代成功人物。在科学技术经济水平不断发展的今天，实干尤为重要。如果不是医务工作者的实干，sas就不会这么快被攻克;如果不是广大人民群众的实干，我们今天的生活就不会这么好。
在我们的学习中也是如此，那些基础知识扎实，平时肯实干的同学，成绩就会好。相反的，那些平时没事做，整天生活在口号当中，一到考试就临时抱佛脚的人，成绩就会差。所以在学习当中，我们一定要实干，多做实事，少喊口好。只有实实在在的做有用的事，知识才会一点点的积累，学识才会一步步的提高。
为了自己理想的实现。为了在高考场上一举夺魁。我们必须从现在起踏踏实实走路。日计划、周计划、月计划，我们要一个个的落实。不能让它们成为一纸空文。当天的学习任务要当天完成，不能推迟。要做到说了算，定了干，一不做，二不休。知识点要一个一个过关。学习是一个持恒的过程。每天的学习，我们不仅要落到实处而且要持之以恒的做下去。这样才会有明显的效果。就像我们写《创新日记》一样。
“实干”二字，说出口容易，写出来也不难，难就难在其意：实实在在的干。而且要不得持之以恒的干，尤其是在学习方面。谁能够持之以恒的踏踏实实的学习，谁就是最后的胜利者。
实干如同一叶船桨，推动着我们不断前行;实干如同一只萤火虫，照亮并指引我们前行的路;实干又如同一只信鸽，热门思想汇报带着我们的梦想飞向远方。
同学们，为了我们的理想，为了我们的班级，为了我们的第一，请投身于实干中去吧。

如果有人问你：什么是精彩?你会怎样回答?战争年代的踊跃参军，八十年代的文学热，还是九十年代的出国热?对，它们都是精彩。每个时代有每个时代的精彩，每个时代也造就了不同的精彩，但无论怎样，精彩总是与青春紧紧相连。
记得走进大学的第一天，辅导员就告诉们，老狼校园民谣里轻松自如的大学生活在这个年代已经一去不复返了。九十年代宣扬的"读书无用论"也早已被热火朝天的"考研"、"考证"热吹得无影无踪。时代已经将新一代的青年推向了社会的最前沿。因此，要寻找属于这一代人的精彩。
为了活得精彩，要拥有目标和信念。目标是心头的一盏明灯，信念是鼓舞你向着目标迈进的力量源泉。目标可能飘渺，路途可能坎坷。然而只要确定一盏明灯，个人简历就能让你顺利地泅过危难的海洋!传说中的火凤凰，它迎着太阳飞翔，为的就是将自己的身体点燃，因为只有燃烧才能重生。这多少有一些悲壮。但又确是一幅壮美的画面。因为奋斗拼搏的过程无比精彩!
为了活得精彩，必须拥有知识和技能。知识是成功的基础，技能是实现成功的工具。人类步入二十一世纪，世界多极化，信息全球化，知识信息量在以百倍的速度递增。面对这样的现实，昔日象牙塔里轻松自在的场景早已不见，取而代之的是寻找精彩的一双双炽热的目光。社会将竞争的残酷带到了的身边，从而也造就了新一代青年的自强和向上。有一句话说"机遇留给有所准备的人"，那么，年青的朋友们，让早早准备。
为了活得精彩，还要有不断超越的精神。鲁迅先生曾说，"不满是向上的灵魂"。时代的进步使新事物以让人难以置信的速度发展。没什么铁饭碗，没什么保质期。无论什么时候，都必须以起跑线上的姿态去迎接挑战。只有不断地学习和提高，才能跟得上这个精彩的大时代。

一个人的才能不是天生就有的，而是靠自己的勤奋努力而来的。比如说德国数学家、物理学家和天文学家高斯。他从小就酷爱学习，一生为科学事业做出了巨大贡献，但是如果他没有从小的勤奋努力学习，他也不可能成为著名的科学巨人。没有勤奋努力的学习是不可能有成就的。这样的例子有很多很多，可以说每一位有成就的人都曾努力学习、努力探索过。
