某求职者灵机一动想着自己虽然是个大学生,没有太多的经历可以说但是经历的意思不就是自己经历过的一些事情吗?经历不是分为长期和短期的吗?又没有规定不能在个人简历里加上短期性的经历,所以只要我经历过某些东西那我就可以将其加到个人简历里,不管时间的长短也不管自己对此是否熟悉。
如此随意将经历加到简历里能行吗?答案肯定是不行的因为在简历里出现的经历一定要符合基本的要求,比如说经历要和招聘工作有关系,这是最基本的要求而不能把什么东西都朝着里面加,你把在足球场上的表现也加到简历里,你觉得在这里出现这样的经历是否合适了?
还有经历的效果怎么样,你在暑假做了一周的收银员,通过一周的学习可以让你获得多少知识?你可以熟练地做相关工作吗?如果你可以做到那么加上这样的经历,如果你无法做到不过是了解一个皮毛性的东西,那么在简历里不要出现这么短暂的经历。不是说你不标记这么短的时间就不会有问题,问题是招聘者就此提问发现你只知道一些概念,而说不出实际一些的东西那不是忽悠人吗?在面试时难道你告诉企业你工作了一周,难道这还不能算作实践活动吗?这是实践活动可不能因为是个实践活动就可将其加到简历里。
还有不能随意利用自己的环境背景捏造经历,比如你父母都在电厂工作那你就说自己也在电厂实习过,你认为自己在这种环境下生长那招聘者也会相信这一点的,但招聘者问你而你不知道,所以添加经历到简历是有原则的。
